Jordan is particularly passionate about apprentice development and creating genuine career pathways within the plumbing industry. Under his leadership, W.L. Chivers Plumbing has supported eight apprentices through their training and progression towards becoming registered plumbers, with a strong focus on developing skilled, confident and well-rounded tradespeople.
Innovation has also been a key part of Jordan’s approach to growing the business. In 2018, he travelled interstate for his first specialist training in pipe relining, recognising the potential of the technology and the value it could provide to clients. Since then, W.L. Chivers Plumbing has continued to invest in industry-leading relining equipment, technology and training, transforming what began as a new capability into a dedicated division of the business.
Jordan is passionate about strengthening industry relationships and continually improving the way W.L. Chivers Plumbing delivers for its clients, team and community.

- In 2025, Jordan also became co-host of Plumbcast by W.L. Chivers Plumbing, creating a platform for conversations with plumbers, business owners and industry leaders about the people, challenges and opportunities shaping the plumbing industry.
- Today, Jordan continues to lead W.L. Chivers Plumbing with a clear focus on sustainable growth, investing in people and technology, and protecting the family values and reputation that have been at the heart of the business for more than 50 years.
