Burst bathroom pipe
Highly recommended Mitch and the team at WL Chivers Plumbing. We had a burst water pipe in the bathroom and called them at 8am, as promised Mitch arrived at 12pm on the dot, located the issue and repaired it within the hour. Great communication throughout, great work, great price too.

I can highly recommend W.L. Chivers Plumbing. Jordan came out and did the initial assessment and went above and beyond in his organisation to have the problem fixed. Mitch then came out and again used his ingenuity to resolve the issue. They were both friendly and professional and were on time, and very importantly, fixed the problem I was having with my garden irrigation system.

Professional and friendly
Called the team at W.L. Chivers Plumbing first thing on a Monday morning for an issue with my hot water system. Someone was on site within an hour and a half and fixed the issue quickly. The plumber was very professional and friendly, and explained the issue in layman's terms. Very happy with the service. I'll definitely be saving their number and using them again in future.

Excellent work. Very fast emergency response. Efficient. Clear communication. Quote was accurate, reasonable and honored. Came out same night at 7pm to do quote, then ordered parts and came back to complete the job at 11am next day. Extremely happy. They left the house clean and tidy, taking rubbish with them. The work done was supply and install pan collar rubber to stop toilet leaking and changing a toilet seat. Highly recommend Jordan and Mitch.

A better solution
Highly recommend. Turned up on time. Found a better solution to the old hot water tank that needed replacing and did the work promptly and made sure everything was cleaned up. Really easy to work with too. Will definitely give Chivers a call again for any plumbing work I need done.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service from beginning to end. Felt very confident they knew what they were talking about. It could have been a very expensive disaster with major landscape deconstruction but thanks to the great technology and experienced plumbers it was quickly and efficiently solved. Great communication as well so that I understood the problem and solution correctly. Can't recommend then company more highly.

The team managed to fit me into their busy schedule on the day I called, which was unexpected and appreciated. Mitch was very helpful, friendly and super-efficient. He investigated my very leaky old taps and sorted it all out. He also provided me with some good plumbing advice. Will be using them again when the need arises!

Remarkably helpful
We had a sudden hot water outage this evening and the W L Chivers Plumbing team managed to rectify the issue within less than half an hour.
